Established, successful and dynamic company, looking for energetic, persuasive sales people to join our fast growing Account Manager team. This role is all about building relationships with people, over the telephone, from director's of large corporates to private individuals. Our people have a strong work ethic and in a competitive market, tenacity and the ability to negotiate are key skills. Previous industry or sales experience would be beneficial, but the right attitude and personality are the important factors.
Salary comprises of basic, commission and bonus scheme, you can expect to earn up to £23000 in the first year. This will increase significantly in years 2 and 3, as a portfolio of customers is built. The position requires no cold calling, enquiries are generated via our website, www.skyfleet.carleasing.co.uk
Position is offered subject to a successful probationary period of 4 months.
General office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Hours possibly negotiable for the right candidate.
