Shottendane is a highly regarded Care Home with Nursing, in a manor house setting, providing high quality care to its elderly residents, many of whom are totally dependent on our care staff for all of their needs.
As part of the care supervisory team, you wil be expected to 'lead by example' on all aspects of professional care being provided to our highly dependent residents. You will supervise the work of the care staff, but will also be playing an active lead role in the provision of hands-on care.
The salary quoted is based on a 36 hour week, and is dependent on qualifications, but a minimum requirement for this position is NVQ / QCF level 3. Shottendane is an equal opportunities employer, and an enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) will be required. Ongoing training and support is provided to all employees.
