Payroll Supervisor
You will work with a team to ensure that their payroll processes are completed accurately each week and within deadline for approx. 550 staff (full and part time).
You duties will include:
Timesheet verification
Paye reconciliation and payments
RTI submissions
Statutory payments
Holiday accrual workings and payments
Processing staff contract amendments
Ensuring appropriate ID and Visa checks
Year end functions
Dealing with payroll queries
Keeping up to date with payroll legislation
Managing and reconciling pension auto enrolment
Providing and dealing with ‘Tupe’ information
Writing and managing payroll procedures
Payment variance analysis
You must have experience of all or most of the above duties.
This position requires someone who is fastidious and analytical but also someone that can prioritise and work thoroughly. This is for a growing company so this would suit someone who likes to keep busy.
Knowledge of Sage Payroll preferred.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours)
