We are a BUSY Chartered Building Company, undertaking Insurance Repair works for the likes of Halifax/LBG/Loss Adjustors, etc. Turnover around £4million per annum
We have a great team here of surveyors and administrators and we now have a Vacancy in our HR/Accounts Dept, working as part of a small team.
The role will involve dealing with all relevant HR administration including arranging /attending and taking Induction courses/ HR meetings/hearings, providing accurate notes and minutes in a timely way/monitoring probationary periods etc., Filing staff documentation.
A CIPD/CPP qualification would be an advantage however applicants with HR experience will also be considered. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft/Sage Line 50 and an awareness of employment law would also be advantageous.
The role also includes a certain amount of accounts work ie Debtors/Supplier payments and monitoring complaints.
Applicants should have the ability to prioritise their own work load, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be confident in minute taking and be able to provide basic HR support and advice to employees and managers explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner.
The Company benefits are a salary between £20,000 And £25,000 per annum dependent upon capability/20 days holiday per annum (pro rata) plus bank holidays/discretionary bonus scheme.
