Scott Care is a family-run organisation that offers a range of care services throughout Kent. We are a Kent County Council Contracted Provider and a Medway Council Gold Provider.

We are recruiting for a Registered Manager for the company. You will be responsible for effectively managing our 2 Branches with a team of Branch Managers, Coordinators & Team Leaders. As the Registered Manager for Scott Care you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding CQC & Local Authority compliance reviews. Your primary focus will be to improve policies, processes and company practices throughout the organisation. You will responsible for ensuring a high level of quality care to service users within their own homes. You will create and build long lasting relationships with service user & our partners. You will have proven experience of developing the business.

The successful applicant should have an NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care/Management or be working towards currently and have extensive experience in the care industry and/or have worked in a similar capacity.

• Liaise with local authorities and other professionals ensuring that the highest possible standard of care, is delivered by our company
• You will be responsible for submission of KPI’s to the local authorities
• You will report directly to the Operations Director
• You will need to be able to market the company, introducing new business ideas
• You will need to understand and follow the companies policies and procedures, also ensuring the branch managers follow company policy and procedures
• You will need to liaise and meet with CQC when required
• You will need to be polite, courteous and professional at all times
• You will be the company Safeguarding lead

Company vehicle is included for this position.

QCF / NVQ Level 4 and above is desirable.

You must be IT literate and have had previous care experience.
