WE NEED ANOTHER PROMOTIONAL DRIVER/RIGGER –

Brand Belief is the UK market leader in multi-brand, multi-discipline grocery promotions and we run various food & drink campaigns in for leading brands and the major supermarkets.

An important part of our campaigns are our food & drink sampling RoadShows which visit leading supermarkets around the UK and which consist of a 3.5t LWB van & 5.5mt triple axel promotional trailer.

These vehicles carry all sampling and promotional materials for the RoadShow and open-out to form a highly visual and impactful centre-piece at each supermarket car-park visit.

We currently have two Promotional Driver/Riggers, who really enjoy their jobs and we’re now looking for a third who will be fully responsible for a new van & trailer and for its maintenance, stocking and safe transit, set-up of the RoadShow at each supermarket visit.

You’ll be working directly alongside our promotional Brand Believers who run the promotional operational side of the RoadShow visits by engaging with and sampling food & drink samples to supermarket customers.

The position involves travel and overnight hotel stays across the UK and is both challenging, but highly enjoyable and lots of fun, with a real sense of camaraderie!

As this is a key role you’ll need some key skills to qualify;

• ‘Hands-on’, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, well organised, friendly and assertive you’ll be able to work on your own initiative, as well as being part of the RoadShow team
• Able to load and control sampling stock for each series of weekly visits
• ‘Practical & handy’ able to do basic mechanical, electrical and DIY maintenance on our sampling vehicles.
• Be fit, active, enthusiastic and personable
• Able to drive a 3.5 GVW LWB van and on occasions be able to tow a 5.5mt trailer. Due to insurance limitations ideally you’ll have a C1+E licence and be over 25.
• Willing to travel across the UK and stay away in hotels, with some weekend working.
• Able to set up and take-down the RoadShow rig at each visit
• Additionally to be able to take photographs and/or video of the RoadShow activity.

You’ll receive full support and will be joining a dynamic, fast-growing company with a fun, friendly and ‘hard-working’ team. So you’ll need to be a real team-player, with a fun and ‘worker not a whinger’ attitude you must be able to communicate well and ideally be computer literate. Retail/food & drink logistics experience preferred but not essential.
