My client is an established and growing construction company who are looking for a Project Architect to head-up the design department for both internal and external appointments. Key tasks will focus around design, site feasibility, site planning, planning applications, project co-ordination and client liaison. The work is mainly office based, but will include visits to sites and clients’ offices. The role involves a range of high quality projects at all stages of development and offers excellent opportunities for hands-on experience and career advancement.

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically minded person with excellent communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate self-management, initiative and ability to think analytically.

Preferably you will be a fully qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years experience, post Part 3. ARB Registration is non- essential. You will have proven abilities in architectural design and are likely to have experience of delivering projects in a variety of sectors, under tight deadlines and within budget. You will be fully conversant in CDM regulations, good technical design skills, have a thorough understanding of building regulations and have proficient knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D
