We are a leading SME based in East Sussex, looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide HR support across the business, working closely with senior management to develop and implement the HR agenda to support the needs of the organisation.
You will be responsible for a broad-base generalist remit, including, but not limited to all areas of;
- HR Strategy
- Employee Relations
- Learning & Development
- Recruitment/Resourcing
We are a values led business, with a track record for providing a high quality service to our customers, and have ambitious plans to make ourselves a market leader.
In order to attract the right calibre of candidate, we are open to either Full or Part Time, with a salary negotiable depending on experience.
Due to semi-rural location and occasional requirement to travel in the South East, a driving licence is essential.
