Expertise Homecare are looking for community care workers to join our team in either Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge or Maidstone.

We are a new and forward thinking care company and are recruiting to keep up with our rapid growth. We undertake work for the NHS Clinical Health Care Team providing end of life care and care for individuals with complex and long term health conditions as well as private individuals requiring support in their own homes from companionship through to personal and 24 hour care.

We have full and part time work available- evenings/ weekends/ mornings/ nights and have work waiting.

We pay excellent pay rates and enhancements for weekends as well as all mileage from your home and around all calls. We do not rush our carers and ensure there is travelling time and calls are long enough to provide quality care.

We provide all our team members with a tablet where they can access their rotas and customer care needs as well as enter their reports from calls removing the need for paper work and enable relatives to keep up to date with the care.

All of our staff are offered the opportunity to undertake qualifications in care from Level 2 through to Level 5 for those looking to progress into management.
