The Role
This role is for a 30 hour /4 day week between Monday and Friday. As a passionate customer service professional you will thrive on giving great service to our customers and ensuring that all members of the team consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the Call Centre Manager in the absence of the Customer Services Manager
● Work with the Customer Services Manager to manage attendance and timekeeping within the department.
● Ensure that all vital information , that will impact on service , is communicated clearly.
● Handle calls.
● Provide ‘On the spot solutions’ to customer issues where possible and give guidance and leadership to the team on providing such solutions.
● Take the lead role to ensure all customer issues that cannot be dealt with immediately are dealt with in a timely manner.
● Demonstrate a positive attitude and behave in a polite and professional manner with customers and colleagues.
● Help develop skills and practices within the team to improve conversion and effective but appropriate upsell.

The successful candidate will need to be a great communicator, always willing to go the extra mile and lead through example. They will have some previous experience of working in a customer service environment as a Team Leader/Supervisor.

Salary will be £17,940 per annum for a 4 day working week.

The office is located on Biggin Hill Airport, Bromley, South London.

The call centre is generally staffed with between 3-5 team members.

Hours are Monday- Friday 9.30 - 5.30, extended to 7pm around Christmas with occasional weekend working during the 6 weeks running up to Christmas. The working week will be 30 hours per week excluding a 30 minutes unpaid lunch break and including two 15 minutes paid breaks.
