We are currently recruiting a Psychometric Client Consultant who can build alliances and support our clients in the UK and Europe. Following thorough training, the successful applicant will use Caliper assessment tools to provide clients with consultations on the selection of new recruits and the development of employees at all levels. We are proud of our interesting and wide ranging client base and an important facet of this role will be cementing existing relationships as well as working collaboratively in order to provide additional value. The consultant will work as part of a European team based mainly in Maidstone.

Key responsibilities
• Interpretation of psychometric assessment tools for recruitment and development.
• Consulting with clients via telephone to discuss candidate results.
• Compiling tailored reports to strict deadlines.
• Coaching, training and other projects on an individual client basis.

Key Competencies and Qualifications
• Report writing skills.
• Confident with IT packages: the successful applicant will be using a client management and order processing system and must be largely self-sufficient following training.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Team-driven and service-oriented: proactively shares information and skills to achieve business goals.
• Resourceful and commercially minded.
• HR or psychology background.

Additional Desired Experience
• Level 1 and 2 training achieved and registered with the British Psychological Society.
