Job Title: Administrator x 3
Department: Personal Insurances
Salary: £15k – 16k + benefits
Location: Kings Hill – West Malling – Kent
Start: ASAP
Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week; 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri)
Duration: 1 x 12 month FTC, 2 x permanent positions
Closing Date: 27th March 2015 or sooner if the positions are filled

An overview of the role:
1. Processing policy records and dealing with associated administration
2. Compilation and updating of statistical records
3. Sorting and distribution of policy records
4. Reconciliation and processing of premium bordereaux
5. Filing and maintenance of filing systems
6. Action diary reminders
7. Assist in the admin unit where needed


Person Specification:
1. Actively listens to others and demonstrates their understanding with appropriate follow up actions
2. An effective communicator using all communication methods
3. Follows procedural requirements when dealing with brokers
4. Aware of how their behaviours and attitudes affect others
5. Escalates enquiries as and when it is sensible to do so
6. Acts well on feedback constantly seeking to improve their performance
7. Able to communicate complex issues to clients and colleagues
8. Willingly provides help and support for others

The skills and experience you will need
Essential:
1. Office experience
2. Word and Excel expertise
3. Team Player
4. Self-motivated
5. Good general IT skills
6. Insurance experience

If you enjoy working as part of as a team, are willing to learn new skills and are IT literate then you are bound to fit right in.
