Our client, a well established local manufacturing business, is seeking a person to join their HR team and support an interim role for a 6 month contract.
The successful person will be responsible for the accurate and timely payroll production. The process will require the use of excel to an advanced level to manipulate the data and ensure accuracy prior to passing over for final processing. You will be able to work quickly and efficiently without support and will be confident to investigate and resolve any identified issues within the timeframe given.
As this role sits within the HR team, the person should also ideally have a sound and practical grasp of HR and it would be preferred if you held a recognised qualification in this field. This would be to provide support, if required, with duties such as recruitment, training, attendance issues, or employee engagement advice amongst other potential areas.
