Outreach Case Worker vacancies
Carers’ Support provides information, advice, guidance, emotional and practical support and a listening ear for unpaid family carers in Ashford, Shepway and Swale.
We are looking for confident, adaptable team players with the passion to really make a difference.
Your main role will be to provide support and information to carers either face to face or over the telephone. You will also liaise with other agencies, facilitate support groups, attend events and complete one to one Carers Assessments in clients’ homes.
A full driving license and your own transport are essential.
