We are currently recruiting for a talented CHEF DE PARTIE to join our team

The role of Chef de Partie - Pastry involves:
• Supporting the team in the development of menus
• Preparing, cooking and serving food to a high standard, in line with specifications created by yourself or the Head Chef
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness within the pastry section and across the kitchen
• Supporting the achievement of targeted gross profit margins
• Ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen so that customer expectations are exceeded
• Working closely with the food & beverage service team in the restaurant, bar and lounge to deliver exceptional service
