Purpose:
• To provide efficient and professional service to promote Towergate Partnership products through both inbound enquiries and outbound campaigns.
• To support the Towergate E-Trading & Bespoke Sales teams with broker customer relations.
• To professionally handle all inbound phone calls into BSU by taking ownership of the enquiry until resolution.
Business Development
• Respond promptly and accurately to all incoming enquiries relating to Towergate Partnership products
• Support mail shot initiatives in conjunction with marketing and sales in the form of call campaigns
