FACULTY LEADER/SENCO

Remuneration: Salary plus TLR1B (£10,917)
Start date: September 2015

We seek to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic leader for our Student Support & Well Being Faculty (SENCO). The successful candidate must be a professional who possesses excellent organisational and leadership skills together with a desire to create an outstanding learning environment for all students in our care.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate, lead and support staff, students and parents.

This is a diverse role and therefore essential that candidates already hold, are working towards, or are willing to study appropriate SEN qualifications including National Senco Award.
