David Payne & Son (Coachbuilders) Ltd have been established for over 40 years in the repair and refurbishment of all types of CV and HGV bodywork.
Based in Aylesford we are looking for a full time administration assistant for Office duties.
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Salary £16640 per annum.
Duties to include:
Front reception/answering incoming telephone calls.
Typing of estimates and invoices
Checking figures
Data input
Liasing with customers, providing daily updates
Assisting accounts dept.
General office duties including filing, ordering, post etc.
Skills Required
Previous experience within an administration role.
Excellent telephone manner.
High numeracy and literacy skills.
Ability to produce organised, accurate and thorough work.
Computer literate with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent typing and Data entry skills
Smart appearance and professional.
