I am currently recruiting on behalf of a number of local, established clients who are seeking experienced Claims Handlers from a variety of insurance products.
Key Tasks will include but are not limited to:-
• You will be tasked to undertake the Claims Handling process from interception to completion on behalf of Policyholders, Loss Adjusters and other associated agents
• Regularly update Clients, Policyholders and their agents with any relevant information regarding their claim
• Prioritising workload, meeting deadlines and KPI’s
• Maintaining the claims process effectively
• Liaise with internal and external service providers
• Experience of either subsidence or surveying claims would be beneficial
The successful candidates will possess the following:-
• 360 degree understanding of the claims process
• Knowledge managing technical building claims an advantage
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent computer literacy
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service through means of articulation and communication
• The ability to prioritise own workload
• Experience of working in a fast paced and changing environment
• GCSE’s (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grades C or above
