Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust has vacancies for the following role within its catering team at The Historic Dockyard Chatham: Chef Supervisor

This role requires a passion for good food and excellent customer service to ensure the customer’s experience is a good one and expectations are exceeded at all times. Applicants need to be friendly, enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a positive and professional attitude and high standards of both food and personal presentation.

Chef Supervisor applicants need to have relevant qualifications and a thorough understanding and working knowledge of Food Hygiene regulations, HACCP, COSHH and Health & Safety. They will also need to show demonstrable leadership qualities and the ability to work under pressure. Experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential.

Evidence of qualifications and additional training should be provided.
