Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to lead 4 HR Administrators in a newly formed HR Shared Services team in delivering business focussed HR solutions to managers and staff.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in recruitment ideally gained in a social care or similar third sector environment. Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards this, you will also possess a good working knowledge of best practice, current employment law, and HR Systems and metrics.
There will be an occasional requirement to travel to our various locations, therefore it is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of a car for work purposes.
