We have a number of vacancies for additional staff to join us for the Summer Season.
This will involve working as a Steward both inside the castle and around the grounds. In addition to being cheerful, personable with good customer service skills, the successful applicants must be fluent in speaking French, Spanish, German or Italian. These positions will involve working three days each week between March and October.
Unfortunately if you are not able to speak a second language we are unable to consider you for these positions.
Other tasks will include:
To observe and anticipate visitor needs, responding in a welcoming, cheerful manner.
To offer information to visitors as required
To maintain the appearance of a designated work area throughout the day, as required.
To ensure that such a designated working environment is safe for visitors and that the company’s property is protected.
To maintain communication channels to colleagues via the radio network.
To be available to deal with any emergency liaising with Visitor Services Managers as required.
To provide support for wheelchair users, facilitating their enjoyment of the grounds where required.
To attend to any visitors or staff who may require first aid assistance.
