One of the country’s largest NHS trusts is seeking to appoint two experienced electricians to its busy maintenance team. The jobs based in Canterbury and Ashford Kent will offer the successful candidate an excellent introduction to the health sector, varied work environments and an opportunity to secure long on-going contract work.
On a day-to-day basis the role will involve responding to urgent work orders relating to a multi-million pound reactive maintenance budget as well as traditional planned maintenance. The role will expose the candidate to many different working environments and will require good interpersonal and flexible skills.
Successful candidates will have experience in providing reactive and planned preventative maintenance and have work experience within the public sector. Candidates will have an NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 or above in electrical installations and must be qualified to 17th edition. Candidates will be subject to a DBS check.
