We are looking to recruit a Temporary Procurement Officer in South Kensington
Applicants must be available to start immediately and must have previous experience within Finance background.
Pay rate is up to £12 per hour.
Degree or equivalent experience
Experience of dealing with Finance and contracts.
Experience of managing both Revenue and Capital budgets, plus a good understanding of dealing with contracts for agency and temporary staff
Ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels.
Ability to prioritise tasks and cope with urgent situations.
Ability to meet targets within a heavy workload.
IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Outstanding skills in office management.
Multi-tasking ability.
Good skills in records analysis and reporting.
To manage and record the financial and contracts element of major IT and Clinical Systems Projects.
Proactive reporting of the correct financial information for current and future spend for the department.
