IT Support Analyst
I am looking for a support analyst with experience of Windows environments with some exposure to VMware 5.5 to work as part of a team providing support to the companies users across multiple UK sites.
You will be required to develop and maintain relationships with other parts of the business to ensure they are receiving a fast and efficient support services. With this in mind you will need to possess strong relationship and communication skills as well as the following technical abilities:-
- Previous experience working with a IT support function
- Support and Configuration of Windows 7
- Administration and fault-find across Server 2003 - 2012
- Knowledge of VMWare 5.5
- Active Directory
- Anti-virus and backup experience
- Any networking, VoIP and system imaging would be highly advantageous
