Must:
-Be able work well in a highly pressurised environment.
- Make sure customer needs are met at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to be pro-active and work on own initiative or as a member of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Excellent Telephone manner.
- Able to record data passed from Alarm Monitoring stations accurately.
- Able to task mobile patrol drivers to attend alarm activations using assignment instructions provided.
- Timekeeping and attendance must be of a very high standard.
- Hold a valid CCTV and Guarding licence.
- Have used Timegate scheduling system.
- Make sure clients premises are covered with site trained staff at all times.


Duties:
- Roster basis 9 week rotation. 3 Days on 3 Nights on 3 off
- Wage - £10.27 per hour
- Duration – permanent

The role is in a busy national support centre and involves a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. An individual with the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with people on all levels along with a good knowledge of computer literacy including the Timegate scheduling system.
