An exciting opportunity has come up in our established Recruitment business for a Recruitment Consultant to join an established Industrial desk, to help continue and develop the growth of this very busy part of our business.
Previous face to face or phone sales (Estate agent, telesales, call centre sales, car sales, phone sales) is essential!
As a Consultant you will be expected to help grow the desk by developing new contacts, as well as keep up relationships with existing clients and workers. You will be involved in every step of the process, from registering candidates, to booking them out to the clients. Full Training will be given!
Some of the qualities we are looking for are:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Enthusiastic and motivated
- Good telephone manner
- Calm under pressure, ability to problem solve
- Smart and presentable
- Own Transport Essential
