Store HR Advisor - Kent & East Sussex. Up to £35,000 per annum
9 Month fixed term contract
As a Store HR Advisor you will work in partnership with The Store Management team across one or multi sites, to create an environment where people are inspired and empowered to maximise their potential, driving customer satisfaction and therefore business performance.
You'll coach managers to lead their teams in driving capability and talent, ensuring the delivery of robust HR processes. As well as striving to achieve and maintain world class employee engagement, you'll identify other key business priorities, creating and implementing the plans and initiatives that underpin core HR activity.
Key accountabilities:
• Tactical delivery of a People Plan across one or multiple retail sites in the core HR disciplines of Resourcing, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement and Employment Relations, prioritising action according to local needs.
• Identify people opportunities to improve Store performance
• Be an expert in the provision of HR information, knowledge and advice, ensuring the application of core HR administrative and people processes.
• Accountable for effective and accurate delivery of core HR administration in line with targets and Key Performance Indicators.
• First point of contact for any HR query escalations from HR administration teams
• Keep abreast of HR communications and updated policies and procedures, taking action and sharing accordingly
