HEAD CHEF – £35,000 – creative with menus -
This small boutique hotel is about to embark on a huge refurbishment and they are looking for a professional Head Chef to assist with the redevelopment of the kitchen and menus.
There will be a brigade of 7-8 chefs catering for a contemporary restaurant and 2 function rooms. The menus are modern British with International influences and everything will be made in house. There will be an emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce all sourced as locally as possible. So the ideal candidate will feel passionately about food and cooking and have plenty of creativity they can bring to the menus.
Other requirements include sound financial acumen and the ability to increase the performance and profitability in the kitchen, strong management skills to motivate, inspire and get the best out of your brigade and a dedication and commitment to push forward and make a success of all the catering throughout the hotel.
