I have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a busy team in Chatham. This is a technical, problem solving role and will suit an individual who is flexible, adaptable and focused on providing excellence in client support. You will have strong technical skills but also have the personality and communication skills to deal directly with customer support staff
Idealy you will have provided support for a web based application in a commercial environment and must demonstrate some understanding of Windows based applications and operating systems.
Daily duties:
* Provide application support via telephone and email
* Logging all calls through the companies system
* Escalate unresolved issues to the 2nd line support team
* Provide a high level of customer service at all times
* deal with technical issues in a timely manner
Skills needed
* IT background is essiential
* Previous experience of supporting microsoft based applications and operating systems in a corporate environment
* Good customer service skills
* Any recent IT qualifications will be advantageous
