SENIOR SOUS CHEF – package to £27,000 –
This independent pub with several letting rooms is currently seeking a Senior Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of the kitchen.
They cater for the 120 cover restaurant and a variety of functions for up to 90 covers. The cuisine is a mix of British pub classics alongside more refined, fine dining menus. With a brigade of eight chefs everything except the bread is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce, all locally sourced where possible.
The Senior Sous Chef will be involved in all aspects of running this fast paced kitchen including menu design, costing, stock control, ordering, staff training and ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are being adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have held a senior role within a similar establishment, be passionate about working with fresh, seasonal produce and have excellent man-management skills
