Fantastic opportunity to join one of Kent's great fine dining restaurants.
You will need to be able to show flair, commitment and be used to working to Michelin star standards or be working towards that, and working with all fresh ingredients.
Hours are 5 days over 7 which will include weekends and split shifts.
