An opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential property manager to join this expanding company specialising solely in the management of leasehold property across the South East.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a residential portfolio in South London ensuring that the management is carried out in a professional and effective manner ensuring all legislative requirements are met. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of section 20 process, service charge budgets and Landlord & Tenant legislation. Previous block management experience advantageous.
You should be a self starter, self-motivated and be able to manage your own portfolio without direct supervision.
The firm encourage ongoing training and support to become a qualified member of the Institute of Residential Property Management.
