Mack is part of the Fresca Group, the largest privately owned supplier of fresh produce to the UK. Customers include the major multiple retailers and we source our goods from over 60 countries worldwide. Our sophisticated UK packing and distribution facilities in Paddock Wood enable us to consistently meet the challenging needs of our prestigious customer base, seven days a week.
The purpose of this role is to drive a pallet truck to supply and replenish the correct produce and packaging throughout the operational areas, allowing lines to run efficiently and ensuring packed product is taken to the correct destination as directed by the Warehouse and Production Team Leaders.
You will ensure that pallets movements are scanned to the correct location and that pallets are securely wrapped, highlighting any Health and Safety issues to the line manager.
At the end of shift you will ensure that all the produce, packaging, trays and pallets are cleared from the pack house and returned to the correct storage area. Emptying bins, removing containers for waste product recycling and taking un-recyclable packaging to the compactor area.
You will ensure that all PPT trucks are inspected according to the per-shift check routine and returned to the charging bay to be made ready for the next day.

Shift Pattern
45 hours per week 5 days on and 2 days off to include weekend working on a rota basis with flexible start and finish times
