The role of a Technical Assistant is fast paced, varied and exciting. Working directly with the After Sales Manager and the Technical Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for offering advice and solution to prospective clients. You will be responsible for the correspondence emails and technical information to be sent to clients as per their requests. The successful candidate will be involved in organising the site team and liaising with the other departments within the company. Knowledge of Auto CAD is must. You will take the lead in running email/telephone marketing campaigns to gauge interest in the company's service offering.
