Receptionist - Tunbridge Wells
My client just outside of Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Junior Receptionist. Own transport is preferred but not essential. This role works on shifts from hours between 6.30am – 11pm. You must have previous reception experience.
Duties
• Knowledge of OPERA system preferred but not essential.
• To use a switchboard & have an excellent telephone manner
• To ensure that all departing guests are satisfied that their bill is correct before making payment
• To take collective responsibility for the safe, daily banking and all monies received at reception during your shift
• To be knowledgeable about the local area, attractions, directions and facilities
• To upsell whenever appropriate
Customer Service
• To ensure that the highest standard of customer service is given
• To answer all queries from guests or where applicable, direct them to the appropriate member of staff or department
• To deal with all customer and guest comments or complaints and to pass on any relevant information to your reception / line manager
• To be polite and courteous at all times and to all visitors
