We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join a well-known and established company based in Hythe, Kent.
This newly created role requires someone who has previous experience in accounting processes and procedures.
The main duties will include:
- registering and matching supplier invoices
- collating supplier invoices for payment
- reconciling supplier statements
- some credit control
- sending out sales invoices
- sending out customer statements
- general administrative duties
The successful candidate will need to be well organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail as well as a good team player prepared to assist other departments as required. Training in all aspects of the job will be given.
