Office Angels has the pleasure of working with a fabulous family owned, Construction Company based in the Medway area. If you enjoy payroll and would love the opportunity to work in a friendly, welcoming and team spirited environment then this could be the perfect role for you.
Our client, is looking for a competent PAYROLL CLERK to join the team for a 6 month contract commencing on the 02/02/2015.
You will be 'manually' processing around 200 timesheets on a weekly basis,
Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data,
Managing and resolving general queries and issues regarding hours worked, holiday and sickness,
Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information,
Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential,
and... Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
From you i would like to see...
Experience in a similar role
Exemplary numerical skills
A good level of education
Ability to use initiative
I.T literate
