ID&C is now the largest supplier of RFID products into the worldwide music festival market place and has worked with some of the biggest sporting events in the world.

A position has become available to lead a small team in our Tunbridge Wells office. The following points are illustrative of the role:

Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Report directly to the RFID Director
2) Provide accurate and timely reports using SAGE CRM to the RFID Director
3) Liaise with and manage suppliers
4) Respond to inbound sales enquiries and be responsible for the administration and follow up either directly or via a team member
5) Manage a team of two people
6) Maintain the CRM customer database for leads, opportunities, quotes, orders & customers
7) Manage product files and provide updates
8) Manage price lists and re-iterate with changes
9) Update RFID case studies on our website

Personal & technical characteristics:
1) Leadership qualities
2) Knowledge and understanding of RFID technology a strong plus must not necessary.
3) Technically minded and strong excel skills
4) A very strong
5) Patient and attentive to detail

8) Good data-basing skills
9) Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills both written and verbal
