Registered Manager
Based John Townsend Mews
• Pay Point 16 (£26559 per annum) – 20 (£32280 per annum) dependant on experience
• 40 hours a week worked flexibly over a 7 day rota
• Full year with 33 days paid holiday including bank holidays (pro rata as six month contract)
The role is required to lead and manage the day to day running and development of a Registered Adult Care Home on behalf of The Trust for young people and adults who are deaf or have communication or learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
As a result we are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, motivational, positive and caring manager who has the experience and skills to grow and manage a Registered Adult Care Home. The successful candidate will have an NVQ 4 or equivalent & Registered mangers Award and will be committed to completing a Leadership and Management Award at Level 5, have experience of working with learning difficulties or challenging behaviour and a broad knowledge of the sector. At least three year’s management experience and on call experience is essential. BSL Level 1 and good BSL signing skills are important for this particular role. The role will require registration at a later date with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
