Exciting opportunity to join a small but friendly team in a Grade 2 listed Restaurant offering a relaxed all day Brasserie, Fine Dining and a champagne bar.

Hours are 5 days over 7 working split shifts starting at 9am to around 3pm and back in at 17.30pm to finish.

This is a exciting position which would suit a junior sous chef looking for there next career move and wants to make an impression and bring new ideas to the menu's, or an established Sous Chef who wants to be creative.

You will take charge over 4 members of the team in the head chef absence.

Ideally you will have experience of working with all fresh produce and from a 2 or 3 rosette establishment.

Own transport is necessary for this position due to Location.
