As School Partnerships Manager, you will lead play a pivotal role in the direction and development of the South East team through effective programme management and strong partnerships with schools and other key regional stakeholders. In this varied role, you’ll continue to grow and develop key partnerships with schools in the area focusing on the growth of primary and early years. This is a fantastic opportunity to ensure that Teach First has a credible and valued presence within the educational landscape in the South East.
Working closely with the Local Area Director, the Initial Teacher Development Manager, Schools, Academies, Local Authorities, Trusts and our university provider, you’ll pride yourself on your excellent relationship-building skills and thrive on managing challenging partnerships. We’re looking for a credible orator with an ability to represent Teach First to both external and internal audiences. Coupled with exceptional data management skills, you will be an accomplished project manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
