Two exciting opportunities have arisen within our production team for a Production Supervisors on the early and late shift. The Production Supervisor will effectively supervise resources to ensure the efficient running of injection moulding clean room production as directed by the shift manager, ensuring all H&S standards and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained at all times. They will work and drive continuous improvement across the site whilst highlighting cost issues, deviations, and maintaining the agreed quality.

The Production Supervisor will liaise closely with Shift managers/Shift Supervisors and Training specialists to identify training issues, develop, maintain and update all training procedures and processes in relation to production in both our class 100,000 and 10,000 cleanroom. They will deliver training to ensure all workers have the necessary knowledge and understanding to effectively comply with all workflow/process/ production needs and changes. They will effectively use performance data to develop an effective training plan, and ensure training is delivered to meet priorities by targeting best use of resources in the most cost effective way. The team leader will champion the use of and adherence to Company procedures at all times.

In addition, all employees must participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives as required and implement, maintain and improve housekeeping using 5S and lean principles.

Hours of work are 38.75 per week from 05:45am to 14:00pm (Early shift) or 13:45 to 22:00 (Late shift), on a shift pattern of 3 weeks of weekdays and a fourth week of 3 weekdays and a weekend.
