All Seasons & Lauriem are a local Kent care company, now going through an exciting period of growth. We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to help run our Thanet operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to develop their career in the care sector, and gain management experience in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
-manage coordinators and supervisors in providing a high quality person-centred, care service to clients
-carry out quality assurance visits with clients, and liase with other care professionals (eg social services, NHS staff) as required
-ensure timely and thorough completion of client care plans and records
-support the Area Manager and Quality Assurance Manager in the planning and monitoring of compliance activities
-coach and mentor staff
Candidates with experience of supporting clients with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, NHS or social services experience, would be particularly encouraged to apply. A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care is essential, and we encourage our staff to progress their careers further to senior levels of management.
