About Us:
Rent a Keg & Rent a Bar are well established brands owned by the Party Doctors Group. We deliver kegs, install draught systems and setup temporary bars on a daily basis. We have a varied client base which includes many private individuals, corporate entities and events tradesmen’s such as caterers.
Events that we install for include birthdays, promotional events, weddings, festivals, awards ceremonies, exhibitions and much more.
We stock enough equipment to install up to 200 draught lines and 40m of Bar.
The Position:
We are currently seeking a Full Time installs foreman to join our reputable growing business in Kent.
The majority of installs are in and around London however we do travel further afield.
We are looking for a people ideally with experience with Cellar installs, bar experience or event bar experience however this is not essential as training will be provided for the right individual.
Normal working hours are 8am – 4pm, 5 days a week however there are often timed deliveries throughout the week. Lieu time is given where possible, or overtime is paid accordingly in the busy periods with consent of the director.
The job does require frequent driving and manual labor.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Delivering kegs and installing draught systems
• Delivering Mobile Bars and Equipment
• Working the occasional event bar
• Overseeing Certain Events & Large Installs (Music Festivals, Race Days, etc)
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment
• Help Organizing the RAK & RAB Section of the warehouse
• Stock Control of Consumables & Hire Equipment
• Building and Maintaining Relationships with regular clients and Breweries.
• Supervising Staff during busy periods.

Other Ideal Attributes but Not Essential:
• First Aid Trained
• Forklift Trained
• Cat C1 or B+E License or above
• Cocktail Making Experience

What you can expect from the position

• Basic Salary of £18k a year, £24k OTE due to higher rates paid for event work.
