Voluntary Services Assistant - Demelza Kent
Salary £18,000 - £19,190
Full time - 37 hours per week

We are looking for a Voluntary Services Assistant to join our busy team to assist the Head of Voluntary Services to realise the full potential of volunteer assistance available to Demelza utilising all skills and expertise volunteers bring to the organisation appropriately and providing additional training and support where required.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels with infinite levels of patience and understanding. You must be fully conversant with all aspects of discrimination, equality of opportunity and diversity.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a changing workload with demands from all areas of the organisation.

You must be able to demonstrate competent computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Flexibility of working hours will be required, which will include occasional evening and weekend working.

You must hold a driving licence and be prepared to undertake travel to all areas of Kent, East Sussex and South East London and will receive a mileage rate.
