The Globe is an award winning & very much food lead pub which benefits from a wonderful reputation, owing to its fantastic food and service, with guests returning time and time again!
We are now seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen brigade of this extremely busy & high quality establishment. Working alongside the group Head Chef to create seasonal menus as well as the freedom to put your own personal touches to the daily offerings! This recently refurbished kitchen comprises of the most up to date equipment as well as an established junior brigade.
This position may suit an experienced Sous Chef looking for their chance to make their mark as a Head Chef!
About you:
You will need exceptional man management skills coupled with a light & approachable personality
Experience within a busy kitchen environment & the ability to keep a cool head whilst under pressure
Posses a creative flair to be able to create daily dishes alongside the changing seasons
Demonstrate exceptional levels of kitchen hygiene
