Divisional Personnel Officer (Employees)
Maidstone, Kent ME15 6JF
Salary: £32,628.92 per annum
Working Hours: 35 hours minimum per week.
This is a Fixed Term Contract to 01 July 2016
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, childcare voucher scheme and a contributory pension scheme.

Job Summary:
As a Christian Church and one of the largest and most diverse providers of social welfare in the UK after the Government, we respond to immediate local needs such as services for children, older people, homeless people and people seeking to break their addiction to alcohol & drugs and more.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate for the above post will participate in the effective and efficient management of HR within the Division including recruitment, remuneration, training, health & safety, disciplinary, and grievance matters. You will be part of the Divisional Team led by the Divisional Leader, as well as advising managers and colleagues on personnel implications you will also play a role in supporting the mission and Christian ethos of the organisation.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
You will be MCIPD qualified with the experience and the ability to provide advice and support to senior managers with sound up to date knowledge of employment legislation, the ability to provide proactive HR advice and support, and facilitate discussions and arbitrate between parties. You must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
