Our leading Global Consultancy requires a Bid Lead with a focus on BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).

The role of the Bid Lead within my Client’s Business Services Division specifically BPO (HR, Payroll, Finance, Pensions, Revenue & Benefits and Recruitment business) will be to lead the bid teams in delivering high quality, competitive and ultimately successful bid submissions for either formal, customer-driven bid processes or my clients inspired opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for leading and closing new business opportunities across their core markets as well as negotiating with existing customers for add-ons and new projects – and on a case by case basis, in agreed other markets.

I am looking for candidates who have a consultancy background, experience within Local and Central Government would be extremely advantageous. This role is to be Home based with travel to London 1-2 days per week. Please apply ASAP for further details.
