Our client a commercial office cleaning company based in Maidstone has asked us to help them recruit a Part-time New Business Development and Administrator working from home, on a temporary basis, to help with their expanding business.

The role would suit candidates who may have previously had a sales or business development role, perhaps within the cleaning sector.

The duties for the role will include:
• Generating and converting business to business sales leads via phone, email and social media
• Administering new tenders for business
• Providing Quotes to clients
• Administering contracts
• Basic accounts ledger work including invoicing
• Working from home for approximately 18 hours per week

Applicants will have:
• Previous business to business sales background
• Strong sales administration knowledge
• Knowledge of preparing and administering tenders
• Good general IT skills including Word and Excel
• Some basic accounts knowledge
